Jenny Chambers

BPHE, RMT

Jenny Chambers graduated from Laurentian University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (BPHE). Jenny has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO.ca) since 1998. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher and believes in the value of educating her clients on rehabilitation exercises and encouraging an active lifestyle at any age. She is trained in Craniosacral therapy, pre/post pregnancy treatments and is an infant massage instructor. All treatments may include both gentle mobilizations and deep tissue options to encourage the healing process with each client. She volunteers with Hospice Peterborough. Jenny taught in the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College for 10 years. She now owns and operates the Clark Building @ 291 Charlotte Street, Peterborough, Ontario and Century Health a Registered Massage Therapy Clinic.

Zoë Stewart

RMT

Zoë has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO.ca) since 2010. Zoë’s Registered Massage Therapy practice encompasses a broad spectrum. She has a focus in deep-tissue Registered Massage Therapy treatments and also offers holistic, wellness-based sessions that is supported by her Cranial Sacral and Structural Integration training. Zoe strives towards upgrading her skills and modalities on a continual basis and is always looking for the most effective treatment plan approach for each individual client.

Maia Laundry

RMT

Maia Laundry has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists (CMTO.ca) since 2009. Maia has previous experience working in multi-disciplinary health clinics, in Toronto. Maia has a focus on deep tissue Registered Massage Therapy including athletic injury rehabilitation. In addition, Maia has extensive practice skills treating repetitive strain injuries, inflammatory conditions (arthritis) and complex cases involving spinal chord injuries. Maia works with each individual client to achieve optimal health outcomes and believes in educating clients on rehabilitation exercise and maintaining an active lifestyle at any age.

Crystal Lyon

BA, RMT, CDT

Crystal Lyon has been a Registered Massage Therapist from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO.ca) since 2012. Crystal’s clinical focus is treating Lymphedema and the associated impairments. She is a certified Lymphatic Drainage practitioner and provides treatment for primary and secondary lymphedema (fluid retention/swelling in limbs) by using integrated lymph drainage techniques. In addition, Crystal provides Registered Massage Therapy treatments for musculoskeletal issues such as repetitive strain and sports injuries, headaches/migraines, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, as well as pre/post-natal massage, chronic pain, stress and anxiety. Crystal believes in the value of educating her clients on rehabilitation exercises and posture improvement skills.

Caitlin Brady

BSc, RMT

Caitlin holds a BSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2009. Caitlin provides a mobile Registered Massage Therapy business in the Peterborough area, she can be contacted at Century Health to set up “in home” appointments. In addition, Cailtin provides Registered Massage Therapy treatments for musculosketal concerns such at repetitive strain and athletic injuries, headaches and tension, inflammatory issues such as arthritis, as well as pre/post-natal massage, chronic pain, stress and anxiety. Caitlin believes in the value of educating her clients on rehabilitation exercises and encouraging an active lifestyle with fitness at any age.

Anuhea Wise

RMT

Anuhea has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2016. She has an extensive understanding of the human body coming from a background in Nursing, and has experience working in a variety of multi-disciplinary settings. Being fascinated by the human body and continued passion to work with people, she felt driven to continue her career in Massage Therapy. 


Anuhea provides therapeutic treatments for a variety of ailments including, repetitive strain/overuse injuries, headaches/migraines, TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, concussion symptoms, postural imbalances, and general muscle tension. Anuhea has additional training in Craniosacral therapy & Cupping therapy, and may include these modalities into her treatments, along with deep tissue massage, trigger point release, and joint mobilization. 


Anuhea’s focus is on using a holistic approach tailored to each client, with the goal of releasing tension, increasing mobility, and getting her clients back to doing what they love most. Anuhea encourages an active lifestyle, and believes that remedial exercise and home care is an integral part in assisting one with their health and wellness.

Alexa Small

BSc, RMT, CYT

Alexa has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since September 2019. She graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College’s condensed Massage Therapy diploma program in 2019, Trent University’s Indigenous Environmental BSc in 2015, and SSFC’s Environmental Technology in 2012. 


Alexa believes massage therapy is a holistic treatment. The client is an active participant in their treatment via consent, communication and integrating homecare suggestions into their life. 

 

Alexa is trained in therapeutic massage techniques including fascial work, deep tissue massage, and gentle joint mobilizations to encourage balance in the body and a full range of motion. Alexa also uses relaxation techniques to “respect your nerves” and promote the parasympathetic nervous system response which calms the mind, body and stress response.

Michele Trumble

RMT

Michele has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2017. She graduated with highest honours. Michele's therapeutic massage technique has been developed by working with a diverse client group over the years. She is a very thorough RMT and uses deep tissue massage and fascial work to alleviate pain and discomfort. She is trained in prenatal massage, sport injury rehabilitation and stress related health ailments. Michele attentively listens and provides educated guidance to her clients during each treatment. By working together Michele will develop and recommend a treatment plan to best focus on each client’s specific therapeutic optimal outcomes. Michele leads her life by example with a passion for healthy living. She enjoys her children, cooking, running and being outside.

Mary-Lyn Copeland

RMT

Mary graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2019 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. She received the Lackner McLennan Insurance award, given to the student who demonstrates excellence in professional growth and development.


By working with clients such as prenatal, children, palliative, chronic pain, acute injuries, and repetitive strain has shown that every client is unique and so each treatment plan must reflect their individual needs. Every aspect of your treatment will all be personalized to fit your needs by combining techniques from relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish and cupping to reach your goals.


In her spare time Mary can still be found, with her children, exploring the trails and lakes of the Kawarthas. She also loves to spend quality time with a good book or studying Karate at Jiyu-Shin Karate School.

Crystal Wilkinson

RMT

Crystal has been a RMT since 2023. With a diverse work background, she returned to school in order to help people recover from injury and encourage a healthy lifestyle in all ages. Crystal uses her excellent communication skills with client assessment and therefore has a collaborative approach with treatments plans. Her focused treatments include athletic injuries, physical and mental fatigue, chronic headaches, and support for physiotherapy rehabilitation plans. She will use deep tissue pressure with fascial work as well as specific muscle work to decrease pain and increase range of motion. Crystal is passionate in helping clients return to a more connected mind body awareness which will facilitate healing.

Kathy Allan

RAc

Kathy uses a combination of modalities including Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tuina, Eastern Nutrition, Qigong and Tai Chi(movement exercises). She is trained in Shiatsu and obtained a Master Teacher attunement in Komyo Reiki Do to treat her clients with the mind-body-spirit connection. Kathy loves sharing her TCM knowledge with her clients and helping them attain and maintain a state of well-being.


Kathy graduated from the Academy of Integrated Medicine(AIM) with honors. She completed 580 hours of clinical training while at AIM and has continued to gain valuable experience with practice since graduation. Kathy has experience in treating a wide variety of health concerns including musculoskeletal injuries, recent or recurring injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical pain and recovery, reducing the effects of cancer treatment, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety/depression, digestive issues, eye issues, and has a special interest in the health and well-being of women. Kathy has also taken advanced training in facial rejuvenation to address fine lines, dark spots, scarring from acne and improve skin tone.


Kathy obtained diplomas in Dental Hygiene and Restorative Dental Hygiene and has worked as a dental professional for 34 years. This training and work experience has provided Kathy with an extensive understanding of Western Pathophysiology and Pharmacology and the effects they have on the human body. Through her studies and career experience Kathy has cultivated the necessary skills to care for the physical and psycho-emotional aspects of her clients. Stephanie Liddell-Young

Stephanie has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2023. She has a diverse work and athletic background which will bring experience to her healthcare career, in her hometown community. Professionally Stephanie is skilled in treating athletic injuries and chronic pain. She also treats tension and migraine headaches and will address lifestyle work stress. Her focused treatments will always place the individual needs of her clients first. Stephanie will be an active part of each clients goals using rehabilitation exercises, breathing techniques and postural remediation.

Brent MacFarlane

RMT

Brent has be a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2023. He has a diverse education and work background that has helped him develop strong communication and assessment skills. Brent is dedicated to finding the best treatment approach for each client which includes fascial techniques and deep tissue work. This approach utilizes a wider view to understand how athletic injuries, work posture and recreational activities impact the body. Brent believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle that includes mental wellbeing. 

Brent spends much of time his time outdoors, mountain biking, gravel cycling and alpine skiing.
