Hatha Flow specifically offers the aspect of continual movement through a series of poses.

*Both classes are suitable for all students requiring gentle modifications of poses (ideal for beginner/intermediate level, all stages of pregnancy/post pregnancy, those suffering from chronic muscle and bone conditions, stress fatigue and injury rehabilitation).
